Rocketium partnered with Alliance Pharma to power omnichannel visual content production for ScarAway, their scar treatment brand. With a new product launch underway and five retail channels to serve at the same time, ScarAway needed a faster way to get platform-ready assets out the door - without increasing agency dependency or compromising brand consistency.

Challenges
Fragmented workflows slowed everything down
Multiple disconnected tools and manual handoffs meant asset creation took days. Visibility across markets was limited.
60% of content depended on external agencies
That dependency created bottlenecks and cost pressure the team couldn't absorb at scale.
Compliance reviews delayed launches
Legal sign-off on claims like "#1 Recommended Scar Brand" and before/after imagery added time to every campaign. Assets arrived late. Consistency suffered.
Scar Tape needed to launch across four retailers at once
Amazon, Walmart, CVS, and Meijer each required different formats, sizes, and specs. There was no production system in place that could handle that volume at speed.
Every platform had its own rules
Versioning the same asset for five channels manually was slow and error-prone. Brand consistency was hard to maintain across all of them.

They turned to Rocketium.
Solution
ScarAway onboarded onto AI Studio in January 2026, working from master assets supplied by agency partner Common Good. Four workstreams ran in parallel from the start:
The engagement covered three content types:
Studio videos and product assets
Studio videos for Clear Sheets, Clear Gel, and Scar Tape - produced for Amazon and social. A doctor recommendation video featuring Dr. Sugai was produced specifically for Amazon.

Display ads and programmatic assets
Digital display ads, programmatic assets, Amazon Sponsored Brand ads, and shelf signs - produced across multiple executions and adapted for each platform's specs.

Adaptation across five channels
Master assets from Amazon were adapted for Walmart, CVS, Meijer, and web. Banner resizes, PNG cleanups, and platform-specific formatting were handled without going back to the agency.

Amazon brand store and hero images
Clean hero pack images, brand store banners, brand store image updates, and below-the-fold PDP assets including mobile sizes for Scar Tape.

The engagement covered three content types:
Amazon PDP tile production
Locked templates built for MegaFood's brand system enabled the team to produce and version PDPs across 50+ products with built-in brand and compliance checks. No freelancer dependency for standard asset updates.

A+ content
29 A+ content projects completed across priority SKUs, including Blood Builder, Baby & Me 2 Prenatal, Berberine, Collagen, Creatine, Magnesium Glycinate, Omega 3, and more - with copy reviewed and approved directly inside the platform.

Paid media and seasonal campaigns
Campaigns including New Year's Mega Sale, Spring Reset Sale, Free Shipping, and Walmart retail media activations produced as versioned assets across multiple formats and sizes - work that previously required 80+ hours for 15 SKUs.
